Rees Dallas Office

The REES Dallas Office is an eco-friendly office space in a renovated 1913 historical building. REES decided to lead the sustainable effort in corporate office buildings in the North Texas area by creating a green environment with energy efficiencies, low environmental impact and increased quality of life for the tenants and guests of the buildings

Motion-sensor lights and highly efficient air handling units were installed decreasing the amount of energy required in the building. There was very little was created in the renovation with minimal construction required since most original elements were kept in place. New materials were all manufactured and delivered from within a 500 mile radius of Dallas.

Since the staff is a high priority to the firm, glass walls throughout the building allow natural light to infuse the space. Vistas created by the multiple glass walls maximize views of the surrounding cityscape. Two outdoor atriums are also available for staff use. The sustainable elements relevant to the office promote clean living, a growing value at REES.
